User Functionality By Type:

  • Host:
    Attends the meeting via video stream. Able to fully participate in the meeting, turn off chat and attendee list, and promote/demote guests.
  • Participant:
    Attends the meeting via video stream. Able to fully participate in the meeting.
  • Guest:
    Attends the meeting in listen and view mode. Allowed to chat in the meeting room chat.

* Maximum video stream capacity is 500 streams. Your default account set up will be 2 presenters X 250 attendees = 500 video streams. Please contact customer support after purchase to adjust your account accordingly if you would prefer more or less participants and guests.
